However, I was able to replace them with even better professionals, which actually strengthened the team considerably. My 20 months journey with Navio has been eventful, challenging, and exciting at the same time. Of late, I have been assigned the responsibility of the Kolkata branch also and am thankful to the Management for the confidence and trust bestowed on me. We have been able to consistently retain our position among Top 5 NVOCCs in Cochin and my ambition now is to make Navio Cochin the No.1 NVOCC in Cochin.
